The girls had a blast trick-or-treating with Daddy tonight. Payton was pretty shy when it came to saying, "Trick-or-treat", but she did say, "Thank you". She was super excited to put candy in her bucket and had Smarties ready to eat when she came home. Alyson rode in the wagon for the first time. As you can see, she thought it was great!

Pumpkin Patch Adventures
"Payton have it, please?"
I found a BIG one!
Hey, where's my pumpkin?
Over 70 lbs. of pumpkins. No problem!
That was a lot of fun! Time for a ride so I can rest!

Payton's First Football Game
Payton, Mommy and Nana have fun at the ISU game.
Although Payton has tailgated with us several times, we've never taken her into a game until today. She had a blast! She must've asked 100 times, "What happen?" She knew where Cy was at all times and liked clapping. She even gave high 5's and "knucks" to everyone when the Cyclones scored. Aly got to stay home with a babysitter. I'm sure she enjoyed the quiet and attention.

My 5 Munchkins
Our days are full of crafts, playing outside, games, songs, toys, snacks, bottles and naps. It's great to see how much Payton has grown with her new friends. She now has a very vivid imagination when playing. She loves to "go to the store" to "buy Mommy some milk and a cookie." She also likes to call Papa and Big Bird on her toy phone while pushing her stroller with her purse slung over her shoulder.
Each week we have a theme like colors, numbers, names, specific books, seasons, etc. Payton is now counting to 20, singing songs, drawing circles and speaking in short sentences. Her vocabulary surprises us daily.
Alyson is rolling all over the place. She loves watching the kids and soaks up all the attention she gets. The kids love playing peek-a-boo with her and pushing her on the swing.
I love using my teaching skills and staying home with my girls. Each day is a challenge, but with God and coffee, I make it through with a smile. :)
