Birthday Party Hangover

I'm pretty sure "birthday party hangover" is the only thing to call what Aly has had since Saturday night. She continues to try and wear every piece of new clothing along with her adorable bug hat. All new toys must be surrounding her at all times and she keeps singing, "Happy birthday to MINE! Blow out candles!" We haven't told her that her real birthday is Monday April 5th and she gets another big present then...maybe we just won't....

Alyson and Nathan's 2nd Birthday Party

Presents were quickly torn open then played with, dinner was devoured, cake and ice cream were in tummies...on faces and the floor...and a good time was had by all!

Party Time!

We had a fun morning celebrating Nate's birthday (despite Aly's tantrum that last a good chunk of the morning because she was certain the party was for her). We must've sang "Happy Birthday" 45 times, took turns blowing out candles until there were no more candles to be had, watched Nate open his presents one tiny piece of paper at a time, then demolished Sesame Street cupcakes. Do you like the "party hats" they made? :)

Girl's Day Out

The girls and I had an unexpected day off of daycare today! After sleeping in, we started the morning at an indoor playground. I followed the girls through tunnels, up a tree house, down slides and into bounce houses. It was a total blast! Then, we went out to eat before getting their hair cut. Now, everyone (except Mommy) is fast asleep!

Possible Career?

From Snowmen to Swimming!

We found an awesome indoor heated pool last night! Payton, Aly and their buddy Ben had a blast splashing, jumping and throwing balls. It made us all that much more excited for summer to come!
